In a departure from traditional incentive programs in the restaurant industry, The First Responders Program stands out by providing upfront cash to eligible candidates. It offers $100,000 cash for opening a new Firehouse Subs restaurant and extends the same benefit for a second and third restaurant, presenting a unique opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs with a background in first response or military service.
